Horse-back Riding!

So we had the missionaries over for dinner tonight. It's a shame they can't babysit...the boys had a blast! After dinner Elder McWhorter and Elder Dutson turned into horses. They rode around and around and around. Every time they stopped they were reprimanded by their rider! Both of the elders at some point also got body slammed, stepped on, danced on, and jumped on. Beware if you are ever on the floor at our house!!! There is no doubt...they are 100% boys and I'm postive that Logan is learning very quickly.

Family Fun

The weekend of June 7th my sister Sarah, my sister-in-law Karen and my nephew Jace came to visit. They arrived Friday afternoon and stayed until Monday. We stayed up too late every night playing rock band! It was so much fun. Even Jace got in on the action. He's got Bon Jovi's 'Wanted Dead or Alive' down. He's a great singer. Karen and myself rock on the guitar or bass and Sarah and Bryan are pretty diverse and can play drums, guitar, and bass as well as sing! On Saturday morning Karen, Sarah, Jace, Clark, Taylor, and myself went to Wildlife Ranch. It's like a safari where the animals are loose....not caged. They can come right up to the car. We had an Emu and a Zebra stick their heads right in the van. They give you a bag of food to feed the animals too. The boys had a great time seeing all the animals up close. When we got home we took them in the back yard and hooked up the sprinkler. As you can see it's a dog sprinkler and his ears and tail move all over spraying water. Clark went right in, but Taylor got scared and would only get close if someone was holding him. He was perfectly happy standing by the fence where the mist would get him. You can see the picture below Aunt Sarah tried to coax him to get in the water....but with no success. And Logan sat in his bouncy chair just watching. He wants to be up and moving so bad. He still watches his brothers every move!
Overall we had a great weekend and we were all sad to see Aunt Sarah, Aunt Karen, and Jace leave.
